Use of polymer or its mixture (I) as film-former in hair care agents and in pharmaceutical preparations for dermal or transdermal application of active agent. Independent claims are included for: (1) a liquid pharmaceutical preparation comprising (I) and components (in wt.%) of an active agent (0.01-15), solvent (0.01-99.98) and optionally softeners (0.01 -20), moisturizing agents (0.01-10), emulsifying agents (0.01-10) and/or permeation-conditioner (0.01-15); (2) an applicator comprising the liquid pharmaceutical preparation, exists in the form of a roller, pumping spray box, spray box, tube, brush bottle or a pipette bottle; and (3) a plaster for the dermal or transdermal application of an active agent comprising the pharmaceutical preparation on the skin by applying and subsequent evaporation of the solvent.
