A local area wireless communications control system and a method using MAC ID information for controlling a control object by using an electronic card, an electronic card reader and a vibration sensor are provided to remove malfunction or intended breakage due to installing internal control object. A first wireless communications module(10) wirelessly transmits MAC(Media Access Control) ID information stored in inside. If the vibratory signal is inputted, vibration sensors(25, 26) sense vibration in order to be converted to the first wireless communications module and wakeup mode. If MAC ID information transmitted from the first wireless communications module and the MAC ID information stored coincide with, the drive unit is operated in the second wireless communications module(20) by outputting the driving signal to the drive unit(60).
