The spinal fixation screw is provided to disperse the load delivered from the spine rod into the fixed screw thread and clamp screw thread by differently forming the pitch of the clamp screw thread of the rigging screw. The spinal fixation screw comprises the fixing member(300), and the screw bar(100) and rigging screw(400). The u-shaped accommodating groove is formed in the side of the fixing member. The spine rod(200) accommodates the u-shaped accommodating groove. The fixed screw thread(310) is formed in the inner surface of the u-shaped accommodating groove. The fixed screw thread has the cross section of square. The bonding groove(320) is formed in the lower-part of the fixing member. The screw thread is formed in the exterior of screw. The rigging screw is combined with the fixing member.
