<p>Provided is an effective transmission parameter modification control method capable of reducing a control delay and a control load generated in a method for specifying a communication parameter modification timing in a mobile communication. When modifying a parameter value of a transmission parameter which can be subjected to a closed process in a certain layer or a sub-layer such as a MAC layer, the transmission parameter modification method generates a control data unit not containing a specification of a modification timing (such as MAC control PDU). The generated MAC control PDU is transmitted only in the first half portion of the transmission frame. At the next frame timing after transmitting the MAC control PDU, the base station and the mobile station are synchronized and are shifted to data transmission and reception based on the transmission parameter after the modification.</p> |
