Building element for quick blocklaying along two opposite resting, lateral sides (1), has grooves (2,4) continuing over the bottom side (3) all up to a partition (5) in the middle of the bottom side (3) which separates these two. When two building elements (9) for quick blocklaying are laid in the wall, in the way that their opposite resting, lateral sides (1) touch each other, the grooves on the lateral sides (2) and their extensions (4) from the bottom side (3) will, together with the row of already set building elements (10) for quick blocklaying below it formed are closed chambers shaped as an upside-down T (11). Mortar is poured into those chambers from the top through the openings of the chambers (8) and when filled and dried, it bonds those two building elements for quick block laying (9) to each other and to the row of the building elements (10) for quick block laying below them.
