A contaminant diffusion preventing device is provided to collecting the gasoline which is flowed out while the ship gradually moves. A contaminant diffusion preventing device comprises: a hanger plug platform(2) installed in both front and rear floor side of a shipping deck(1); a horizontal hanging rod(3) installed in each hanger plug platform; a hanger rope(8) located on the leading end of each horizontal hanging rod; a buoy(9) installed in each hanger rope bottom part; a pollution protective layer(10) formed in each hanger rope to let down; and a solidarity rope(12) connected to a tying section(13) and installed in the front back end part of the pollution protective layer.
