A complex imaging system for a dental service is provided to give convenience to a patient and a doctor by performing a computer tomography, a panorama photography, and a cephalography without moving a photographer and a subject through one device. A base(110) is installed in the ground. A subject waits for photography in a chair unit(120). A post(130) is installed in the base to be adjacent to the chair unit. A support unit(140) is extended from the upper part of the post to the subject. An expansion and contract unit(150) is rotatably coupled to the bottom part of the support unit. A radiation emitting unit(160) moves according to the extension and contract of the expansion and contract unit. The radiation emitting unit emits the radiation according to the computer tomography, the panorama photography, and cephalography. A radiation detection unit(170) detects the emitted radiation. A controller reads the photographing information detected in the radiation detection unit.
