An unlock prevention bolt is provided to idle a rotating body to a bolt body by removing a breakable protrusion of the rotating body after assembling the bolt body and the rotating body. A unlock prevention bolt comprises; a rotating body(11) in which an anti-separation portion(11b) is formed in the edge of an installation portion(11a) formed in a central portion; a washer body(12) in which a plurality of anti-rotation protrusions(12a) are equipped in a lower surface; and a bolt body(13) including a bolt portion(13a) in which the washer body is rotatably installed and a bolt header(13b) inserted into the installation portion. A plurality of arc guide portions(13c) are formed at the upper part of the bolt header of the bolt body. A plurality of breakable protrusions(11c) are protruded in the installation portion of the rotating body. The protrusion is inserted into the guide portion. The breakable protrusion is removed after the assembling of the rotating body and the bolt body is completed.
