The invention relates to optical-physical measurements and heat metering and can be used for measurement of density or power of flows of heat or laser radiation. Absolute receiver of radiation is placed in thermostatic body and is arranged as spherical hollow receiving element with electric heater mounted in it. At the outer surface of spherical receiving element N blocks of thermal indication are placed, each of those comprises mconnected in series thermo-indicators placed along azimuth circle with polar coordinate &thetas;. All the blocks of thermal indication are electrically connected to one sequential thermo-battery with general number of thermo-indicators M and with uniform arrangement of thermo-indicators in azimuth direction on surface of receiving element at distance &Dgr;1 one from another same for all the blocks of thermo-indication. Such implementation of radiation receiver provides simplification and acceleration of measurements and increase of quality of absolute measurements, this increases a lot range of use of the receiver.
