Diameter of the third large pinion is equal to diameter of fixed first large pinion and diameter of the second large pinion, third small pinion is in engagement with the third large pinion and the fourth small pinion is in engagement with fixed first large pinion, first free wheel clutch is installed on hollow shaft of the first round cover of rotor with possibility of rotation and fixation of the second large pinion, free wheel clutches are installed with possibility of transfer of torque in one direction.
