The invention relates to the equipment of food industry, in particular to the beet-sugar production. A maturing tank for juice of II saturation, consisting of cylindrical body with cone bottom, the circulation loop with superior cone dilator and propeller mixer are located inside the apparatus, at that the juice is supplied into circulation loop tangentially lower than propeller mixer, and delivering of juice is realized through the overflow compartition, located in superior part of apparatus.The construction of overflow compartition provides for efficient removal of high super saturation coefficient of calcium carbonate, which is formed during the process of II saturation. Owing to dense and long-term mixing of juice by propeller mixer the optimal conditions for crystallization of supersaturated solution of calcium carbonate are created, the content of soluble calcium salts in clarified juice is considerably reduced, the general effect of juice clarification and yield of white sugar are increased. |
