CLLOING APPARATUS OF COOLER FOR SINTERING MACHINE

摘要

A cooling apparatus for a cooler type of a sintering ore is provided to prevent damage of a belt conveyer by cooling the sintering ore in high temperature by spraying cooling water into a hopper. A cooling apparatus for a cooler type of a sintering ore comprises the followings: a first thermometer(260) detecting temperature of the sinter ore; a second thermometer(261) detecting the temperature of the sinter ore ejected to a lower part of a hopper; a blow nozzle(220) installed at a side of the hopper; a storage tank(200) connected to the blow nozzle through a water supplying pipe(210); a pump(230) installed at the water supplying pipe; a cooling water valve(240) controlling the supply quantity of cooling water; a control unit(250) controlling opening/closing degree of the cooling water valve.
