A method for hot granulating of substance particles containing metals, such as sponge iron, metallurgical dusts, metallurgical residues, etc is provided to manufacture a granule having a certain size only by applying a recirculation and a filtration system. A method for hot granulating of substance particles containing metals, such as sponge iron, metallurgical dusts, metallurgical residues, etc comprises the following steps of: passing through a material particle(5) at high temperature of 450~900°C range in a roller press(1); producing a strip plate having a consecutive wave typed profile; and a manufacturing a granule having irregular size of the particle by pulverizing the strip plate.
