Device and procedure for medical therapy of human tissue by utilizing a strong electric field solves the problem of how to improve transportation of iones through a cell membrane by the use of a strong electric field thus decreasing the selectivity of the cell membrane and stimulating the interchange of substances between extracellular and intracellular fluid and, transportation of imune proteins and medicines inside the cell. Device generates electromagnetic impulses where the regions with strong electric and strong magnetic field are clearly differentiated. For this reason, device gives the possibility of setting the parameters of the wave so that in the penetrating phase towards the tissue on which we want to influence, the wave has a dominant magnetic field, and that during the impact phase, the wave a strong electric field is dominant. Device and procedure, further, remove danger from a direct exposure of a tissue to the electric field that comes from the high-voltage electrodes of a limited therapeutical effect which due to the Farraday's effect, cannot penetrate deeper into the tissue and reduces the danger of developing burns as a result of an electric arc caused by a stron electric field.
