THIN FILM TYPE SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same is provided to remove a laser scribing process by dividing a thin film solar cell into two unit cells. A substrate(100) is formed with a glass or a transparent plastic. The transparent electrode layer(200) is formed in the substrate, and uneven structure is formed on the transparent electrode through a texturing process. A barrier(300) is formed on the transparent electrode layer and it has a certain height to divide a solar cell into two unit cells. The barrier is formed in series to divide the solar cell into the unit cell. The semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the top of the barrier, and the semiconductor is formed by laminating a P-layer, and I- layer, and N-layer.
