摘要 <p>A method for manufacturing working electrode of the dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to form the titanium oxide layer having the high porosity and the wide surface by performing the radio frequency sputtering using the titanium oxide target. The method of manufacturing the working electrode comprises the surface washing process of substrate, the process of making electrode of the titanium oxide, the high temperature heat treatment process, and the platinum-coated counter electrode process and the transmitted implantation process. In the process of making working electrode of the titanium oxide, the titanium oxide target through the radio frequency sputtering is used. The titanium oxide layer is formed in the top of the substrate through the change of the temperature of substrate. The titanium oxide layer has the vertical column-shaped pore of the vertical pillar shape. Therefore, the surface area of the oxide layer of the titanium increases.</p>
