摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact data carrier having a capacitor consisting of electrode plates formed on both surfaces of an insulation base material and capable of improving tuning accuracy. SOLUTION: This non-contact data carrier 30 has an antenna coil 5 formed on the surface of an insulation base material 9, a capacitor 25 connected to the coil 5 and an IC chip 8 connected to both ends of the coil 5. The capacitor 25 has electrode plates 21A to 23A and 21B to 23B composed of conductive patterns formed on both surfaces of the material 9. The electrode plates 21A to 23A are connected to one another, and the areas of the electrode plates 22A and 23A are respectively two times and four times as large as the area of the electrode plate 21A. The electrode plates 21B to 23B are connected to one another, and the areas of the electrode plates 22B and 23B are respectively two times and four times as large as the area of the electrode plate 21B. Capacitance between pads 11 and 12 can be changed by electrically disconnecting any of the electrode plates 21A to 23A.
