A gas-distribution mechanism of internal combustion engine in which gas distribution mechanism includes device for valve control that has a disc distributor installed in feed line between the upper working piston that is in contact with respective cam of distribution shaft and piston installed over the valve of gas distribution mechanism with possibility of change of valve stroke through bypass of part of lubricant supplied from the upper working piston to piston installed over the valve of gas distribution mechanism to discharge, at that the pistons have no skewed edges.
