The invention relates to agriculture, namely to the cattle breeding. A method for selection of cows as the donors of embryos for transplantation consists in that the blood sampling is carried out in cows prior to introduction of gonadotropic hormones. A coefficient, which is a ratio of inorganic phosphorus content in blood to activity of alkaline phosphatase, multiplied by one hundred, is determined. The cows at which this coefficient fluctuates from 0.36 to 0.63 or its value is 2.0 and more are taken as the donors of embryos. |
