<p>A multi-way valve with fan-shape passage sealing pairs which measures in turn production of individual well to obtain dynamic production data of oil well. The valve relates to oil and gas transmission system for petroleum, chemical industry,and so on.The valve comprising: a floating trigger ring(17),an upper multi-port plane body(10),a middle rotary valve core(5),etc,wherein the ring(17) that is applied with contact pressure by an elastic part and the plane body form selectively flat face sealing pairs,the plane body(10) provides a mating surface with a plurality of fan-shape flow channels for inflowing oil in annular distributor, the ring (17) is configured such that the ring becomes gradually round from fan-shape,the inner part of the valve core(5) is used as public passage. To realize measurement and rotary selecting,the inner public measurement passage of the plane body(10) communicates with one fan-shape channel for inflowing oil provided in the mating surface of the plane body,when the valve core(5) is rotated a certain angle. The sealing face achieves contact pressure self-sealing by pre-forced some elasticity to the ring(17). The valve has compact structure. The flow channel is formed by casting. The sand carried in the liquid does not enter into the sealing face easily. The plane mechanism has low cost, stable sealing, and long life.</p> |
