A device for assembling and welding the pipes contains welding carts made with possibility of displacement over the rails on the rollers, roller supports for tubular billet installed on the carts, and a welding unit. Additionally the device is equipped with a control rod installed below the level of rails, roller supports for tubular billet are driving and rotary, and carts are equipped with lifting driving transport rollers. The welding carts, one of which is equipped with a drive of displacement, and another is nondrive, are connected together by the control rod, and for displacement over the rails each of them is equipped with four pairs of rollers connected in pairs together. The driving cart from one side is equipped with guide lateral rollers installed from two sides from the rail in each pair of rollers, rotational axis of which is perpendicular to the rotational axis of rollers. |
