CUTTING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE CELL AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY THEREOF

A method for cutting a cell of an organic light emitting device and the organic light emitting display made by the same are provided to suppress breaking effect and burr by reducing a crack distance in a breaking process. A first substrate and a second substrate are prepared(S1). A plurality of organic light emitting devices are formed on the second substrate. The sealing material is formed on the first substrate. Inner recesses of a square shape, a half circle shape or a triangle shape are formed in an outer circumference of the sealing material(S2). The first substrate and the second substrate are bonded(S3). The inner recess of the first substrate faces the first substrate. An outer recess is formed outside the second substrate(S4). The outer recess corresponds to the inner recess of the first substrate. The outer recess is formed outside the first substrate(S5). The crack is formed between the inner recess and the outer recess of the first substrate. The crack is formed in the outer recess of the second substrate. The cell of an individual organic light emitting display device is cut from the first substrate and the second substrate.
