The invention relates to optical instrument making, in particular to functional devices of optoelectronics, and can be used at different industrial enterprises where use of optical gates, modulators and deflectors of optical radiation takes place. As material for functional devices of optoelectronics one uses monocrystal of semiconductor solid solution of selenide of gallium-indium (GаIn)Sе, that is optically cative. Advantage of monocrystal (GаIn)Sеis in temperature invariance of value of specific turn of plane of polarization at given wavelength in broad temperature interval at presence of optical absorption, high transparency in broad spectral interval and substantial radiation stability, this increases area of its application. |
