A method for making a blended fat includes weighing the prescribed components, heating solid fats up to the temperature which is by 5-8 °С higher than the melting temperature thereof, liquid oils up to a temperature of 25-30 °С, mixing the components at a temperature of 35-40 °С. The liquid oils are used in an amount of 45-50%, the components are mixed for 10-15 minutes and the mixture is cooled up to the temperature of 5-10 °С. |
