A metal nano composite powder manufacturing method is provided to show very excellent property by very minute size of nano-scale and be uniformly mixed each other. A metal nano composite powder manufacturing method comprises steps of: preparing carbon nanotube dispersion solution in which carbon nanotube is dispersed and a metal precursor solution in which metal precursor is dissolved; producing mixture by mixing the carbon nanotube dispersion solution and a metal precursor solution; forming nanocomposite powder solution in which metal oxide nanocomposite powder is included by mixing oxidizer into the mixture; extracting the metal oxide nanocomposite powder from the nanocomposite powder solution; and forming the metal nano composite powder in which the carbon nanotube is dispersed by reducing the metal oxide nanocomposite powder.
