A mold apparatus for forming a cooking vessel of an induction range type is provided to fix a heating plate on an exact location even if physical impact is applied by improving attaching power of the heating plate. A cooking vessel of an induction range type includes a main body of the vessel made of a non-magnetic material and a heating plate(22) of a magnetic material attached to a floor side. A mold apparatus(2) for forming a cooking vessel of an induction range type includes an upper mold(4) forming a cavity and a lower mold(6). A plurality of magnets(16) are installed on a bottom surface of an upper mold. The heating plate is attached and adhered by magnetic force of magnet.
