An electrode for a fuel cell is provided to improve the performance of a fuel battery by accelerating transport of electron and transport of reactant and product. An electrode for a fuel cell includes an electrode substrate and a catalytic layer formed at one side of the electrode substrate. The electrode substrate is coated with an electroconductive polymer on non-woven or cloth. The electroconductive polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyaniline, polypyrrole, polyacetylene, polyacene, polythiophene, polyalkylthiophenen, polyphenylene, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene vinylene, polyfuran and their combinations. |
