A fish-farm water temperature control system comprises: a heat-emission pipe which is buried in the region with high ground heat by digging out the bore hole(100); a water reservoir(10) for storing the water supplied from the water pipe; a pipeline(12) for supplying the water of the water reservoir to the lower part within the heat-emission pipe; a heat exchange chamber(22) including the heat exchanging plate of the heat pump(20) at the upper part of the heat-emission pipe; an air generation device(30) for supplying the air to the heat exchange chamber; and a bubble exhaust pipe supplying the air to the heat exchange chamber.</p>
