A device for converting a absorbed cellular phone electromagnetic wave to an electric energy are provided to completely prevent the electromagnetic wave damage by blocking the electromagnetic wave of mobile phone. The spiral induction coil(30) is made of the magnetic materials mixing the silver and copper of the determined ratio. The exterior of the spiral induction coil absorbs the electromagnetic wave generated in the mobile phone. The magnetic thin-film(20) surrounds the spiral induction coil to cover the electromagnetic wave generated in the mobile phone. The voltage generating device(50) converts the voltage induced by the inductance(L) of the spiral induction coil and the voltage by the internal resistance(R) into the direct current voltage. The controlling supply of power apparatus(60) supplies the direct current voltage transformed by the voltage generating device to the mobile phone power part(90).
