A joystick type control knob using the electro-rheological fluid or the magneto-rheological fluid is provided to control the order of magnitude according to each function. A first outer electrode part(30') is formed with the cylindrical shape, the inside of the first outer electrode portion is formed with the hollow shape of the sphere shape, and the hole of circular is built up in the center of upper part of the first outer electrode portion. A disk configuration head unit(11) is formed at the upper of the knob(10). A guide part(13) of the cylindrical shape is formed from the bottom of the head unit into one body, a disk configuration head unit is formed at the bottom side of the guide unit, and the cross section of the guide groove is circular in the center of inside of the inner electrode portion(20) as the regular length. An upper of the second outer electrode portion(30) of the cylindrical shape is formed as if it hems round the outer side of the guide unit of knob, a connection part(33) of the cylindrical shape is formed from the bottom of the second outer electrode portion with the joystick part(90) into one body. An inner sphere electrode portion(91) is formed in the bottom side of the connection part into one body, and the inner sphere electrode portion has the volume smaller than the volume of the sphere shape of the inside of the first outer electrode portion.
