A differential pressure flow control valve is provided to control flow rate as a cylinder uses interval with a shaft housing with ejecting fluid through a plurality of flow holes. The fluid of a hot water circulating pipe is charged in a second pressure chamber(25) through a water inlet(41) and a collected pressure flow path(45). The fluid of a hot water supply pipe is charged in a first pressure chamber(36) through a differential pressure sensing pipe. The hot water collected pressure of the second pressure chamber, the elastic force of a compressed spring(12), and the hot-water supply pressure of the first pressure chamber are applied to the upper and lower part of a diaphragm(20). Therefore, a flow control shaft(35) is vertically moved. A cylinder(50) fixed to the bottom side of the flow control shaft is moved along a flow path seat(46). The cylinder controls the flow rate by using interval with a shaft housing(30) with ejecting the fluid through a plurality of flow holes. |
