A hot-water equipment using waste heat of a boiler is provided to protect chimney by equipping with a drain pipe for expelling water collected in a drip pan. A hot-water equipment using waste heat of a boiler comprises a water reservoir a shield(12) installed on the upper part of the chimney penetrating the water reservoir; a drip pan(15) installed in the inner circumference of a chimney at the position away at specific distance downward from the shield; a plurality of pipes(22) connected to the surface of the chimney, vertically connecting the chimney; and a drain pipe expelling water collected in the drip pan. |
