A drinking water composition for poultry farming and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease a disease occurrence rate and a death rate of hens and to minimize bad smell of excretion of hens. A drinking water composition contains scoria, salicornia herbacea, a nano extract of pearl powder and a nanosilver solution. A manufacturing method of the scoria, the salicornia herbacea, the nano extract of pearl powder comprises the following steps of: mixing the scoria, the salicornia herbacea, the nano-powder of pearl powder in the weight ratio of 1:1.4-1.8:0.8-1.2; pulverizing a mixture in size of 30-600nm; manufacturing a colloid solution in the weight ratio of 1:0.9-1.1 by adding pure water; and separating the colloid solution from a precipitate.
