A hot water supply device for a heat water circulating mat is provided to inform a user of a water level of a make-up water tub. A hot water supply device for the heated water circulating mat comprises: a pump(130) connected between a heat radiant warm water pipe of a heated water circulating mat and a hot water tank(120), and supplying the water to the heat radiant warm water pipe; a water supply valve(140) communicating the inside of the hot water tank and a water supply ball(104) of a make-up water tub(103); an exhaust valve communicating an exhaust hole of the make-up water tub and ventilating passage of the hot water tank; and a capacitive type sensor(190) formed in the make-up water tub, detecting a water level of the water filled in the make-up water tub and generating a signal outside.
