A FLAME RETARDANT POLYIMIDE SILICONE RESIN COMPOSITION

A polyimide silicone resin composition is provided to improve flame retardancy while maintaining the introduction of silicon, to ensure flexibility, and to form a hardened film which does not separated from a substrate even if it is exposed to high temperature or high-humidity. A polyimide silicone resin composition comprises (A) polyimide silicone resin in which a silicon atom 10~25 weight% is included based on the polyimide silicone resin, and 5~70 mole % of the organic radical bonded to a silicon atom is a phenyl radical; and (B) a flame retardant 1~200 parts by mass based on the component (A) 100 parts by mass.
