A structure and assembly of led lamp having high-efficient heat-dispersing function are provided to improve the thermal performance and extend the life by using a heat-dissipating module. The heat-dissipating module(1a) has a plurality of the heat radiation fins(10a) to form the accommodation space. The light emitting module(2) is accommodated in the accommodation space of the heat-dissipating module. The power supply module(3) is electrically connected to the light emitting module. The heat radiation fin is assembled. The casing module comprises the main body of joint plate. The main body of upper plate and main body of joint plate have the opening exposing the respective light emitting module.
