<p>A method of generating and receiving a data block is provided to reduce the size of MAC(Medium Access Control) header by using a variable length field. In a method of generating and receiving a data block, at least one upper layer data block is received from an upper layer. The size of length field is variably determined(S610), a length filed includes information of the size of data block of upper layer. The lower layer data block is produced(S660) and includes at least one upper layer data block, length filed, an at least NSL(Number of Same Length). The length filed is determined according to the whole size of lower layer data block, and NSL field includes information of the number of upper layer data block having same size.</p> |
