A method for regenerating a waste storage battery is provided to regenerate and recover the voltage and current degraded less than the standard level and to prevent the unnecessary resources and the waste of the energy source. A method for regenerating a waste storage battery comprises (S1) a step of filling up insufficient electrolyte and distilled water; (S2) a step of injecting resurrection liquid in the waste storage battery to separate sulfate adhered to an electrode plate of the waste storage battery; (S3) a step of mixing electrolyte, distilled water and resurrection liquid through the repetitive suction and injection to adsorb and disperse the injected resurrection liquid to the electrode plate; (S4) a step of accelerating the reduction of the electrode plate by applying ultrasonic waves to remove the sulfate of the electrode plate; and (S5) a step of charging the waste storage battery removed with sulfate by using DC high voltage, low current charger. |
