An apparatus for reinforcing a sleeve bore is provided to maintain the bore of a steel-tapping hole by preventing the bore of the steel-tapping hole from early enlarging and to improve the quality of the molten steel and productivity. A housing part has a hollow pipe shape. A clamping part is fixed to a converter steel-tapping hole(2). An arm pivot(120) passes through the housing part inside and A pinion gear(132) engages with a rack gear(131) to rotate A straight line drive part(130) moves the arm pivot. A nozzle(142) sprays liquid refractory on the surface of a sleeve(5). A sleeve enforcement part(140) includes a processing knife(144) removing concavo-convex. A sleeve cutting part(150) cuts the sleeve surface A rotary axis and a rotary drive part(160) rotate the sleeve enforcement part.
