Manufacturing method of the safety fence and the safety fence by the manufacturing method are provided that the radiation ornament adhered to the main body is made of LED and mother-of-pearl. A manufacturing method of the safety fence comprises following steps: a main body manufacture step molding the safety fence main body in which the radiation ornament sheet is engraved in one side of form(S100); a radiation ornament manufacture step molding the radiation ornament to the size of the light emitting ornament sheet(S200); a radiation ornament inserting step inserting the light emitting ornament into the radiation ornament sheet(S300); a radiation ornament fixing step coating the girth of the radiation ornament inserted into the sheet with the silicon(S400).
