A hydraulic system is provided to reduce the power consumption of the motors over 30% by stopping the motors when the pump is not supplied with power. A hydraulic system includes a lead pump(210a) and a plurality of lag pumps(210b,210c) providing fluid to a drive system(100), motors(220a,220b,220c) driving the pumps, unload valves(230a,230b,230c) returning the fluid provided from the pumps to oil tanks(250a,250b,250c), pressure switches(240a,240b,240c) generating operation signals to open the unload valves when the pressure of the drive system exceeds the upper limit, a pressure sensor(260) measuring the pressure of the drive system, and a main control unit(300) receiving the valve operation signals from the pressure switches and the drive system and outputting a command to start or stop the motors driving the lag pumps.
