SYSTEM OF MANAGING FOR SMARTCARD AND METHOD THEREOF

A session management system and a management method about a smart card extracting the IP address of an external terminal connecting to SCWS are provided to generate an extraction IP address list and manage the connection of the external terminal through the IP address of the external terminal. A BIP gateway(130) communicates with an external terminal according to a TCP/IP protocol according to SCWS(210) and BIP protocol. The smart card comprises a session management program(250) in which SCWS manage the connection permission whether the external terminal, an extracted IP address generating module(230) producing the IP address list of the external terminal connecting to SCWS and a session establishment module(270) which sets up the communications session of the external terminal connecting to SCWS. The session management program comprises an extracted IP address receiving module(251) receiving the extraction IP address list produced in the extraction IP address generation module, an intercepted IP address database(253) which the cut off IP address list which user presets is stored and a command generation module(255) producing a command for controlling the session establishment module according to the extraction IP address list and the result comparing the cut off IP address list.
