A tray transferring apparatus for a test handler equipped in a tester loading and a tester unloading area and a transferring method using the same is provided to increase the productivity quality by the time of test handler by equipping first unloading arm about TUA(Tester Unloading Area). A tray transferring apparatus for a test handler includes a loading part(100), a transfer arm(200), a confirmation device(300), an empty tray load stock(400), an unloading settling part(500), an unloading loading part(600) and an unloading part(700). The loading part stores CT(Customer Tray) loaded in a semiconductor device. The tray is increased and the supply transport unit(110) supplied the tester loading area is equipped. The empty tray is collected from the tester loading area to transfer with above statement. A supply transport unit includes a ball screw(111), a lifting body(112) and a lifting operation part(113). |
