An automatic information controlling machine explaining the description of the guide plate to the language of the various countries is provided to offer the automatic information controlling machine capable of delivering the information of the guide plate by using dynamic energy and battery. An automatic guide manipulator(20) receives power from a solar current collector and a handle dynamics part. The solar current collector charges power obtained from a solar energy precipitator(11) to a battery and a condenser within a circuit plate(13). The handle dynamics part charges power obtained from rotation of a handle(14) to a battery and a condenser through a generator(15). The speech signal stored in the flash memory IC of the circuit board is the selection of the buttons. An amplifier is transmitted through an electric circuit part such as a speaker. |
