An electric storage device is provided to improve the energy density and power density while preventing the damage of durability by assembling positive electrodes with different rechargeable property. An electric storage device comprises a positive electrode system(13, 14, 19, 20, 22) including a positive electrode having a current collector and a positive-electrode mixture layer; and a negative electrode system(15, 16, 17) including a negative electrode including a current collector and a negative-electrode mixture layer, wherein the positive electrode system includes a first positive-electrode mixture layer and a second positive-electrode mixture layer being connected to each other, and having different thickness; and a through-hole(16a) is formed in the current collector arranged between the first positive-electrode mixture layer and the second positive-electrode mixture layer. |
