<p>A rubber-metal laminate obtained by forming a rubber layer on a metal sheet by using as the rubber layer forming component an NBR composition which comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of nitrile rubber, (B) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of sulfur, and (C) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a sulfur-donating compound consisting of at least one member selected from among tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide, tetrakis(2-ethylhexyl)thiuram disulfide, zinc tetrabenzyldithiocarbamate and 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthio-carbamodithio)hexane and preferably further contains (D) 3 to 100 parts by weight of silica and (E) 60 to 200 parts by weight of aluminum oxide having a mean particle size of 0.1 to 10mum. This laminate makes it possible to form a rubber layer on a metal sheet without lowering the physical properties of a vulcanizate or the rate of vulcanization and without generating nitrosamine which is a subject substance of TRGS552, PRTR and so on, while the laminate is effectively usable as sealant.</p> |
