An illite self-assembly control method using organic compound is provided to be applied widely when combining functionality organic compound with layer style structure used for cosmetic, biocomposite and drug carrier industry field and forming a composite. An illite self-assembly control method using organic compound comprises steps of: putting the illite of 0.1 ~ 20.0 weight% in plasma reaction cell to 0.1mm thickness; infusing oxygen of 50 ~ 80ml and forming plasma by adding voltage 150 ~ 200 V and dummy voltage 2 ~ 4 KW; and irritating it for 0.5 ~ 1.5 minutes, putting immediately it into a heating reactor of 60 ~ 100oC containing distilled water of 30.0 ~ 45.0 weight%, mixing it for 1 ~ 2 hours and reforming surface of the illite.
