METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING DATA FRAME

A method and apparatus for generating a data frame is provided to generate data frame by using at leas one subframe of field of UEP(Unequal Error Protection) and a subframe header. In a method and apparatus for generating a data frame, a plurality of subframs is generated by using at least one of MSDU(MAC Service Data Unit)(210). One of the UEP(Unequal Error Protection) field, the MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) field, a length filed is generated(220). The UEF filed represents whether UEP is applied to the subframe or not. The MCS field represents modulation of coding scheme applied to the each subframe. The length filed represents the length of each subframe and data frame is generated by using one of UEP field, MCE field, and length field and subframe(230).
