An authentication data management apparatus, an authentication data management terminal apparatus and a management method thereof are provided to perform the authentication by outputting the keyboard signal corresponding to authentication data stored in advance. An interface unit(10) transmits/receives data to/from a management terminal apparatus(200). A storing unit(20) stores authentication data. An authentication data output unit(40) outputs the authentication data stored in the storing unit. A keyboard signal generating unit(50) reads out the keyboard signal value corresponding to the authentication data stored in the storing unit from a storage unit(30), and generates the keyboard signal corresponding to the read keyboard signal value. When inputting the authentication data output instruction, a controller(60) outputs the control command to the authentication data output unit in order to output the authentication data. When inputting the signal conversion command, the controller outputs the control command to the keyboard signal generating unit in order to output the keyboard signal.
