An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to improve the reliability of the connection part between an RFID chip and an antenna. An antenna pattern is formed on a polyimide film layer(111). An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) chip(500) is bonded to the antenna pattern to be mutually connected. A molding part(300) seals up the connection part of the RFID chip and the antenna. A polyimide layer(140) is formed on the upper side of the polyimide film including the antenna pattern and on the upper side of the molding part. The polyimide layer relieves the stress concentration at the antenna by dispersing and absorbing the shock caused by the external shock.
